Shipping & Handling Policies:

In general, your order will shipped in no less than two (2), and no more than seven (7), days from the date your order was placed. Should this not be feasible, you will be so advised by email.

While the actual delivery date of your order will naturally depend on your location, and the shipping method you select, please feel free to contact us should you believe that delivery of your item is taking an inordinate amount of time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Customer satisfaction is, always has been, and will continue to be our highest priority.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase.

Except as specifically noted in individual item descriptions, Billy Bones Gift Shop gladly accepts returns of unworn, and unwashed, defective merchandise for full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of a company check, or online merchandise credit, corresponding to the retail price of the item.
